Everyday Power Shake

I like to start my day with this shake. It also works great a few hours before a workout, or as a post workout shake. It is complete with a wide array of protein sources, essential fats, trace minerals, enzymes, and glutamine for immune support and muscle recovery.

1 - 1.5 Cups of Water
1 Scoop of Rice/Pea Protein Powder
1/4 Cup of Ground Raw Flax / Pumpkin Seed Combination
1/4 Cup Shredded Dried Coconut
1 Scoop Amazing Grass Green Superfood
1 Tsp. Glutamine Powder
1/4 Cup Frozen Blueberries
