Hey guys. I'm looking for a vegan trainer who can give me one on one training and nutrition guidance. I'm in central Illinois so I think I will need to work with someone online/onphone. Hello...your meal plan seems really well thought out!!! I'm wondering what sort of options and flavors (if any at all) you add to the gemma protein isolate. Also, do you know the difference between this product and just regular pea protein (like that sold by Pure Advantage)? Thanks!

I'm wondering if anyone has any recommendations for my last meal of the day that I eat at 11PM and if I should eat something else before I go to bed (around 1AM). My 11PM meal has to be a shake or something easy I can eat while I'm out. I'm mainly worried about eating something, then having it keep me up so I can't sleep. Thanks so much for your advice!!!!!

Hello Everyone. I am wondering if anyone as any recommendations for me as what to eat right after my workout. I've heard all kinds of things. Do I take some sort of carbohydrate, wait some period of time, then make some sort of protein shake? I'm wondering if anyone could recommend some very specific things I could do to make the most of that post workout time. If it helps I'm about 5'9 and 145lb. Thanks so much!!!!

Hello everyone. I'm trying to set up a very efficient meal plan where I can get all of the nutrients I need as easily as possible. I have a lot of questions involving the body building diet. My first question is........ I'm very interested in using a lot of meal replacement shakes and bars. I am wondering which ones people use that they like and which ones I am better leaving off my list. Thanks!!!
