  1. i thought Carrageenan wasnt vegan? I might be wrong.

I take about 1,000 mg before my workout, usually with a b-12 pill, I notice vascularity and more energy when working out, when I do Cardio before my resistance workout, I definitely notice a difference in vascularity and I think it also helps in my breathing as well, u definitely notice it. if I'm working a certain muscle (chest, arms) that muscle usually pumps out a lot bigger and I can usually get a few more reps in especially on negatives you definitely notice it. works well. imo.
  3. I though L-Carnitine is supposed to help breakdown long-chain fatty acids, I've been taking it on and off for some time now, no huge affects but it hasnt hurt me really either.

Hi, I'm new here, I am going to look into this I have never tried it, but I am looking for a healthy alternative to whey/soy protein, I do not want to continue using soy as I know soy promotes estrogen production in the body. I am not that smart yet in BB but, I would think that in a male estrogen is something most men who are bodybuilding and want to get big don't want to much of, if anyone can help lead me in a better direction please let me know thanks.
