  1. Hello everyone. I just found out about salba 2 weeks ago and been adding it to my breakfast for about a week now. Still waiting to feel the results.
  2. I wish!!!!. Soon enough I promise
  3. She is just a random good looking to me, I think is Jessica Alba, I don't remember the name of the movie though. And thanks you for your advice.
  4. I was having this semi-discussion with my father about me becoming a vegan. He says that in his opinion, plants also have feelings and that out bodies were created to eat meat, and that I should not believe everything I read. What do you guys think?, especially about the whole plant having feelings, I'm a little confuse and I can't find the answers anywhere.
  5. Well, I'm more of an endurance type of girl, but I am dying for a well sculpted body. However, I have a big problem trying to figure out how to balance it out, because I don't want to lose the endurance I have gained and I also understand that to get a good figure, you have to watch how many of each nutrients you get into your body. So yeah, if you have any advice, I'd appreciate it. By the way, if I could get a body like yours that would be awesome. Can you be my personal trainer? Nice profile.
  6. To all of you who had responded, thanks a lot. It's been really helpful and I will continue to research more into it.
  7. Hello everyone. My name is Diana and I've made the decision to become a vegan. However, I am getting a little frustrated because I've been researching for only two days and I still can't figure out how to go about it. For starters, I've already replaced the regular milk for soy milk. I'm not eating eggs or chicken or meat. I'm still eating fish though because I still need more information on proteins in vegetables. Now, I consider myself and athlete, I exercise 5-6 times a week. I practice mixed martial arts for the most part. Nutrition has never been one of my fortes and counting calories, carbs, proteins, and whatnots just makes this whole thing very difficult because I really want to eat the amount of food that I need in order to perform at my highest levels ( which I haven't because of my poor way of eating till this day). I feel tired most of the time. If anyone (especially women) have any advise for yours truly, then I would be eternally grateful to you. I am 25 years old 120lbs 5'1" Or if you have any good, understanding, websites or books or whatever that could help me get started, that would be awesome too. Thanks in advance. Take care.
