    Hello

I tried to update it with a little more information. Thanks for replying. viewtopic.php?f=46&t=14741 - If anyone would like to look at this and try to help me, I'd appreciate it.
  2. I have an under active thyroid, so it has been very difficult to lose any sort of weight, and I easily pack it all on again. I was diagnosed with it when I was 14, I'm currently 21, going on 22 in October. Anyways, before I started training, I was 5'9, 265 lbs, through a lot of work and kicking myself in the ass to stay motivated, I got down to 195 lbs. The hardest part is the excess skin and the incredible amount of stretch marks I have everywhere on my biceps/stomach/shoulders/arm pits. Now, I know the stretch marks will never go away, but is there anything I can do about the excess skin without having to go through surgery? I feel worse now than I did when I was heavier, but I guess it's all cosmetic now. I did gain some things, like I don't wake up with chest pains anymore, and I breathe a lot easier, but I can't help but feel really down. Some people go through their transformations and look a lot better. Also, if there is anyone like me, how do you deal with it? stretch marks/excess skin.

    Hello

Just saying hi to the community and nice to meet you all. I'm from Ontario, Canada. I've been trying to become a vegetarian mostly because of my personal beliefs, I've been doing so for 8 months now. Funny how I feel more healthy since doing so than I did before. It is hard because my family looks down on me for it, but I don't care. I will persevere. viewtopic.php?f=48&t=14738 <- Here's my progress thread. Going to post pictures once I find the USB cord to upload them.
  4. Don't have my pics uploaded but I'll do it soon. I'm pretty ed with my transformation. Before I started working out, I was 5'9, 265 lbs, now I am 195 lbs. Massive stretch marks all over my body/arms, none that are visible anywhere on my legs. I feel gross, feels like a lot of excess skin that is blocking the muscle on my arms/legs/stomach. I don't feel like going through surgery. Will the skin ever reattach itself to my body? I'm a 22 year old male. Also, I think I need a new training regime. I haven’t noticed any difference in the last 2 months of working out. Can anyone give me a good routine to shoot for? I won't follow it to the button, but I'll try my best. I'm working on lifting/cardio to try and get rid of this excess skin.
