  1. I think it depends on why you're doing it. If it is to make you feel better about yourself, then fine. It's your body do what you want with it. It's really no one's business. When it's done to please someone else, that's not cool. All I can say is do your research !! Make sure you know what your getting yourself into and get at least 2-3 opinions (professional opinions I mean.) Talk to people who've had it done, find out what problems they've had, if any. Cheers Sam
  2. hello all, Yeah, I used to use Vega all the time, just the plain one. But ya know I find the Stevia in it is just too sweet for me, so I stopped using it. Do you think you can get them to stop making it so sweet? Or maybe they can put no stevia in the plain one and just put it in the berry or chocolate one. At any rate, I still like the bars for a quick fix and travel food----any deals to be had on those? for the best body you can have.....
  3. I agree, Air Canada is pretty cheap on their food. It changes all the time but I remember once being asked if I wanted a can of pop and then being asked to fork over $5. I don't think that lasted. I'm surprised at KLM being "royal dutch airlines".. dutch being generally very tall people. Yet they have the least legroom of any flight I've been on consistently over several flights. I had more leg room on China Eastern Airlines... yes, there is something wrong with this picture. I had more leg room on a domestic Chinese airline (a big country of lots of little people) than I did flying KLM (an airline from a small country with very tall citizens in comparison). Lufthansa is the best I've flown so fair. Air Italia wasn't too bad either. I'm amazed their Dash 8's can pull quietly off the runway so quickly with pretty much the same turbo prop engine's that make for a migraine inducing flight on any of Air Canada's Dash 8's. The Lufthansa one's seem to be 5 blade props and take off a lot faster and climb a lot more steep than the Air Canada one's with very noisy 3 blade props.
  4. Oh my goodness, I just got back to the gym after quite a leave. I havn't had time to get bored of it again yet, but I sure am having a hard time making time for it. I'm struggling to make an hour available 3 times a week. Life sure is busy. Sam
  5. first of all ... don't let it get u down ... perfection is in the eye of the beholder only (i'm very aware none of us is actually perfect). second ... if u've been putting in u're all, and the results u're looking for aren't happening ... do what u have to do to feel good about yourself. i've proved it to myself over & over again, the better i look, the better i feel ... and i take whatever steps i feel are necessary. cheers. sam
