  1. today i am begining a new routine. I don't have access to a gym so i am using all bodyweight exersizes.... I'll be doing this untill the new year then i'll re-evaluate my gains and work out to make it more challenging odd days Incline pushup: 1.5'incline 3 sets of 8 Drop down chair push up: 4 sets of 8 Supine pull up: 3 sets of 8 Dips: 4 sets of 8 reverse crunches: 5 sets of 10 crunches: 5 sets of 10 Even days: Calf raises: 5 sets of 8 one legged squat: 3 sets of 8 Bulgarian squats: 3 sets of 8 Hogh step up: 3 sets of 8 Seated Crunch:3 sets of 12

  3. It's bulking season, so i'm told, and i am really looking to increase my appitie so that i don't feel as itf i'm going to vomit after eating as i have been.
  4. I am relatively thin, i've always tried to watch what i eat. I am currently going to bulk. than cut in spring. I am trying to work out every morning. here are my starting pics. comments are welcome...

    Hello my name is Josh (obviously) I am not yet a vegan, my mom won't let me be one untill i move out.... but i am vegitarian and i am very interested in starting a weight lifting regimine. I want all of my shirts to fit me like they are made to. Hopefully i canstay motivated. My goal is to have a desent body by summer. I want to ultimately put on 20 pounds of muscle. Advice is readily accepted. Thanks a bunch ~J
