  3. I'm working out at 7 am in the morning, I'm just drinking a glass of orange juice with creatine before heading to the gym. I don't feel hungry to eat something before working out. After my work out I get home and get my rice protein shake and an hour after I'm having my breakfast around 10:00 am. I wonder if what I'm doing is right. Should I force myself to eat breakfast before going to the gym? I don't want to work out with my stomach full. Please let me know what you guys think, or if anyone else works out first thing in the morning and how do you wat around your work out. Thanks

  5. I got this L-Glutamine (vegan) from Jarrow Formulas. I'm not sure when to take it or how often. Any guidance would be appreciated. I workout on 3 day split with a rest day between workouts. Thanks,
  6. The most important thing is that you are on the right track already and you have to goal of eliminating all animal products. We have been there, at least I was. You will see that it is not as hard s it looks, do some more research if you feel like doing so and just go for it. You will never regret of that step. Becoming vegan is the most meaningful thing I've done in my life and it was not even hard. When you go vegan you will look back and realize that it wasn't difficult, it just LOOKS difficult but it isn't. Good luck and welcome!

  10. Hello guys, This seems like a great community. I visited this website a few times before but just joined the forum. I'm originally from Colombia and have been living in the sates for around 2 years. I went vegetarian 6 years ago and vegan 4 years ago. I have been a skinny guy all my life (pure Hectomorph) 5,10 and usually no more than 136 pounds. I've always healthy but always wanted to get more weight on. I started working out about a year ago but with poor results gaining weight. I got stronger, ripped but not much weight. After reading a lot of articles I found out I was not doing things right. I was training 5 times a week and not getting enough calories per day. A couple of months ago I changed everything and now I'm 147 pounds. I still have a long way to go but now I know a little better. I want to learn more and this seems like the perfect place to do that. I'm also an activist and I found out that if you look healthy and strong it is a good way to break a lot of stereotypes about skinny vegans and vegetarians. Cheers ,
