  1. i've just heard that protein actually has 5 but because nitrogen is not used as nergy it's considered as 4 calories.
  2. Is it better to take the supplement with food...like most people say or would it be better to take it on an empty stomach for better absorbtion?
  3. We know that squats are one of the most if not THE most demanding exercises out there. I was just wondering how you guys go about your squat routine to maximize the output (weight lifted and muscle growth). For example, is it better to go 30%-50%-80% of your 1 rep max or is it better going the other way (decreasing) or would it be better to do one heavy set and then a light set and then repeat?! And then the other part of the story…how much rest between each sets?
  4. I'm asking this because I've heard some people saying carbs and proteins have 5cal/g and also..when reading the nutrient info for certain things I buy and do my 4/4/9 calorie math..it doesn't add up properly. Does anyone know if these 4,4,9 numbers are exact? or are they just approximations?

  7. i think it's fine to take all your multis together...and i also think it's better not to take them with food since it will decrease their absorbtion..thats what ive heard.
