  2. I weight 185 lbs Bench 330 dead lift 310 Bench 330 Will be higher by next few months
  3. I prefer Soy, way healthy and better than the rest. Just my 2 cents
  4. I seldom dine at Subway, most of the time I go to Mac Donald for a fast dinner. And almost all the times, I felt bad after 30 minutes.
  5. I prefer Chinese martial art, because It based on stability and strength. And the moves are pretty cool too
  6. Sounds interesting, I got a friend who too recommend me to try it out. Will try it out after I'm done with the rest of my powders.
