  1. Feb 28 breakfast green smoothie kale spinach, cucumber, green grapes and 1 banana lunch fries(needs 2 go) buffet(Chinese noodles 3 plates)ouch march 1 break fast bow of oat meal glass of grapefruit juice lunch green smoothie dinner salad maybe a potato and possibly coffee. drink for day water
  2. i have had similar pains and cramps as of late and am still trying to figure out why so if you find out please let me know thank you
  3. been a vegan of and on since 15 have always felt healthiest on the diet so am now full time. im trying to go raw but is a challange, i love bread. im 5 10 175 lbs need to lose stomach fat so if any of you can help me out here that would be great as for a gym i have free weights. so could be better but at least its something.
