  1. Hi, I am 5ft 11", 36yrs old and have been 80% raw vegetarian for around 2 years now, my wife and I recently went vegan a few months ago. I have flirted with body building for a few years and have seen some change but merely toning up rather than good muscle building. This was down to my love of cardio and doing too much of it I think. Now I am 12stone and call myself a skinny fat man, I have small arms and legs but carry some but not too much around the waist. From my beer drinking days I presume. I have a squat rack, bench and free weights and wish to get a program I can do from home 3-4 times per week to initially build bulk and then go for the six pack I had back when I was 20. I really need some good advice on the diet and the workout routine, I will follow it to the letter as I really want this to work. I have tried before but never really put any real bulk on. Generally I eat 3 times per day with a snack of nuts and seeds mid morning and some rice cakes and honey mid afternoon. Seriously any programs for home with my current equipment and diet advice to go with it would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, I will start a log and do some before, during and after photos.   2. I weigh 11st 10lbs and am 5ft 11", I am lean but have a slightly fatty midrift. My diet is 80% raw and 20% cooked and I want have been doing an intensive body buidling regime for the last 7 weeks (6 times per week). I have defined my body nicely but cannot shift the fat from my midrift even though I do 2 good cardio sessions per week (intensive). I also want to bulk up my body, what do I eat other than my Sun Warrior protein shake and normal diet. Can someone give me an example of their daily food intake please when bulking. Also what exercises can I do to shift the midrift fat?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Badgerboy

I have a 80% raw organic vegan and 20% cooked organic vegan diet, I have recently decided to start building muscle and want to get some advice about the work out itself, the before and after diet tips and the best way to maintain my body beautiful once I gain it. I am 34, married with twins aged 4, I work a long week so will only get time to work out about 3 evenings during the week adn 1 day on the weekend. I am currently 11st 7lbs and have a relatively slim physique but carry a small amount of fat on my stomach. I don't want to be massive, I just want to define my muscles and bulk up slightly. I have a weights bench, cycling machine and rowing machine at home which is where most of the training will have to take place. I also have weights bar and dumbells. I am looking for advice on the best routine to work my entire body and get the quickest by sustainable results. Any PM's would be welcome as I am a true novice when it comes to this subject. I have always been relatively fit through playing sport but need to define my body now as it is more of a stamina physique than a muscle defined body. Any advice on what to eat prior to training and especially after to aid with muscle recovery would be appreciated. Also what protein powder to have if any, if not what to I eat for protein other than hemp, advocado and nuts. Seriously all advice would be welcomed, when I get my confidence in my new body I will post my results pictures of before and after. I am very much at the before stage though.
