  1. I like pistol squats http://www.beastskills.com/Pistol.htm
  2. Oct 27. Doh!! That's the one weekend I'll be out of state. I'll be in Georgia from Oct 26-28. How long are you going to be in FL Rob? If you're going to be here before the 26th or after the 28th we should meet up and eat some spinach and have a pushup contest. ...Hey there hsorlando. Good to see someone else from Orlando on here. I live in Orlando too.
  3. The $50 per year is for server space and bandwidth. The server is a computer that delivers your site to users' Web browsers. Bandwidth refers to the data that is transferred from the server to users' browsers. If all you need is a simple site that serves as an online brochure for your business, I would go with Wordpress. It has an admin panel that allows you to easily post content and images without any technical knowledge (updating the site is as simple as posting messages on a bulletin board like you're on now). I can install Wordpress on my server in 5 minutes, and there are thousands of free templates that you can choose from as your design. If you need Wordpress customized you can hire someone who knows CSS and PHP, but for a basic site a free template would work fine.
  4. I can get you a domain for $6 a year. Or I can host your site for $50 a year (domain included) w/ 10GB of storage and 100GB of bandwidth per month

  6. 8-bit NES is my all time favorite system. It's the one I spent the most time playing. My top 3 games on that system: Legend of Zelda, Contra, and Baseball Stars. My favorite Zelda game is Ocarina of Time. Twilight Princess looks cool, I haven't played it yet though
  7. I don't know anything about LA Fitness. I go to the YMCA. It has a good kids area, and no contracts
  8. Well said. Wordpress is one of the easiest CMS's to configure and update. It would work really well for updating and editing articles on a site like veganbodybuilding.com. Navigation is dynamically generated, and new content is automatically indexed to an internal search feature.
  9. What are some good places to eat in Washington D.C.? I'm in DC from today until Thursday.
  10. Cool. I like the new logo. 700px width feels really narrow to me though - most current screen resolutions are at 1024 or greater px.
  11. I would say try to find a form of exercise you enjoy, and get really good at it. Just focus on that. If you find a type of exercise you like, then you'll stick with it just for the fun of the exercise, and you'll get in good shape without even realizing it. ... I just took a look at your Web site. Good stuff. I like it
  12. You could block IP addresses listed on the DNS Providers Blacklist. There's also a script to hide all inactive accounts. What you can do depends on what version of phpBB you're running.
