  1. hi so wsy potatos is bad?? can anyonw tell me why?? and the genereal think they say when u are on a diet avoid rice,pasta ,bread and potatos but why potatos they only got about 20g carb pr 100gram..... ofcouse i know veggies is better , but i just dont know why so many say they are so bad?? can nayonw tell me why??
  2. barbell complexes this looks fun and very hard , ill try that today:) if i go 5-7 days in the week to train, would you recomend that i do some real waightlifting too? just to try and keep the muschles i got:) i was thinking 2 days a week i trains the whole body, deadlift,bench,squat,some pull, mili press plus some more.(only 5-8reps) and maybe 3-5 days a week i mix cardio with barbell complexes???
  3. i use to it 24/7 but thats years ago now, but its a great sport i love watching it still.. right now i got a longboard, so a dont have to do trix and break my ankel:/
  4. VeganEssentials that make sence so how can i find the right blance??? is that alot proteine, and not to much cardio plus waight training? iv always been abel to do alot in bench and dead lift and so on, but iv never been truly cut.

  6. hi im 33 been training on anf off most off since i was 16.. im from an old school waight/powerlifting gym. i use to do 140kg in bench and 200 in dead lift, bund never really cared about getting cut. have had a break from training 3 years, maybe just went 1 time a week some times only ONE(LOL) time a month to do bench/ and deadlift , just trained very short but i finaly decided i wanna get cut to the bone and get in good shape be abel to run 10km with out problem. my program now: day 1 bench 5/5 squat 5/5 a pull down to chesh 5/5 45 min cardio day 2 : abs 3/12 calves 2/12 45 min cardio day 3: deadlift 5/5 mili press 5/5 squat 5/5 45min cardio day 4 abs 3/12 arms 3/12 45 min cardio day bench 5/5 squat 5/5 rows 5/5 45 min cardio day 6: cardio 45-60 min day 7: 45-60min cardio eat less 6 times a day try to get 30g protein at every meal(plus going from a lacto-veggie diet to a vegan) how dose that look to you guys?????whould u do something different??? my play is to look good LOL , loose about 20kg i think
  7. Im intrested in the same??? i cant give u advise , exept i just started running 6 days a week. someimes i do fast/slow fast slow 1-3 mins fast 5-6 mins slow... that day after i run the whole rute in mid tempo. i think alll types of cardio will help you
  8. thanks for advise, sorry i awanser late... ( i try to stay away from sugar,fruit,oile,avocado,pasta,rise) i eat alot beans/lintels/tufu,all veggies ,some nuts ,some bread oat for breakfast(some times with soy milk/water) i wassent thinking about avoiding carbs totaly, i was thinking about 30%protein60%carb10%fat.,. i dont know if that i good plan? years ago since i was into the waight lifting alot. i dont know if that plan is still good???? i do that eat 6 times a day, try to get 25-35g protein every meal.(and just eat less that normal) and i do 45min cardio now but slowly building it up to 60 minuts. 3 days a week i do bench, squat, deadlift .. all of em 5 times 5 and 5-6 days a week i do cardio.. sometimes in between i do some abs,calves and arms. but i was thinking if i should do the 5 times 5 at all of the bench/dead/squat??? maybe more light?? my plan is to loose 20 kg.. im only use to lift waights, and iam quit strong. but damn running was hard been doing that all week. first day i was dead after 3 min running now i can do 20minuts LOL

  11. hi iv always just been lifting waights(years ago i did alot martial arts), never really done cardio. just some times 10 min on a bike or what ever. and another factor iv been smoking :/ i just stoped i use my bike every day as transport thats what we do in copenhagen but my question can i do to much cardio?????(becouse i feel like going 2 times a day) i just started this week running/biking/rowing in the gym everyday.. my program is : day 1 : benchpress 5 / 5 squat 5 / 5 then cardio for 40-60 mins day 2 : abs 3-6 times 10-15reps maybe 3 reps biceps or 3reps triceps ....then cardio for 40-60 mins day 3: standing shulder press 5/5 dead lift 5/5 40-60 min cardio day 4 : same as day 2 day 5 bench press 5/5 and rows 5/5 40-60mins cardio ps monday i was in so bad shape i could only run 2 minuts running, yesterday i did 15 minuts running:) my plan is to be able to run 10km and loose 20kg how dose that program look to you guys????
