  1. my oh my you are beautiful. what kind of calorie intake do you have? What exercises do you do? I MUST show my wife this. She believes that will get all bulky, but have what I would conscider to have a near perfect build. I adore wider hips and bubble butts, but my scale of 1-10, you are an easy 10! My scale is also unreasonable, as I am thinking a J-Lo type bubble butt with hips like Rose McGowan. In otherwords, unreasonable. You are just WoW!

  3. I started using the kettlebells. I use them 3 days a week. I use a high intensity workout. I actually jump rope for a minute, and then do 1 set of 30 reps of various exercises. Google kettlebells, or go to mikemahler.com, check his out, I use his. I actually lost 10% bodyfat and 20 pounds in just under 4 months. I think if my would have been better on eating, it would have been more. I think that by this time next month when I am a complete vegan again, I will lose that much weight and more. I still use free weights 1-2 days a week, mostly for squats, benches and deadlifts.
  4. Now that you all have laughed that a human actually admits to being from Flint, MI, let me say hello!! I am a 35 year old male. I was a lacto ovo vegetarian for years in the army. I transitioned to vegan. Life kicked me while I was down, I started eating meat, and now I am trying to get back. I have been lurking here for a year now. I love the stories, community and positive energy. I am an ex powerlifter. I am 6"0", 240 pounds, down from 260. I now have 18.7% bodyfat, and I am trying to get to 10%. I bench 225 for sets, deadlift for 325 for sets, and squat 275 for sets. All else I do is a kettlebell work out. I have a list of 20 excercises, pick 10, do one set of each with a pair of 40 pound kettlebells, in 30 minutes, with a minute of jump rope inbetween each set. I have lost 20 pounds in 4 months, and 10% of my body fat. I mostly need advice, motivation to get my diet right and more positive people. You tell people you don't eat meat, they look at your like you are crazy. I feel best on a non meat diet. I would like to trade recepies, exercises, stories and chats. Thanks all, I look forward to speaking to you all. BTW, Ryan and Avi in the profiles are my heroes. I use those two guys at work to show people that vegans are not skinny hippies but can be just as hard and big as anyone who eats meat. I am a registered nurse in an ICU at a large hospital, my strength has saved my back from injury, and I look forward to being strong and healthy for the rest of my days!
