  2. I was looking for sauces for making with a high contact of wholemeal pasta so I shall most deffinately be making this tonight in bulk and storing it in little zip-lock bags
  3. Hi yet another newbie here... I'm not sure what to write here for once in my life I'm a bit stumped you all are so technical in your training wording and I'm far from that. I'm not new to training at all infact far from it but I had a nasty accident in Sangin, Afghanistan and well my storey is this: I fell through a floor which was unhinged (think I spelt that right) by the Taliban when I was last in Afghanistan. I fell through 3 floors which we had no idea had been unhinged until I fell through them and well as you can imagine I've been out of training ever since. And that is the nice version However the new year is here and I'm energyless it's ridiculous and my loss of strength is depressing. My goal is too atleast get back to half the weight I was lifting within the next 16 weeks and then to slowly build from there. I'm not sure or not if it will be too fast for my body or not but I'm sure I'll find out soon enough. As for personally, well I'm the sort of girl who has high highs and low lows. I wear converses religiously. I like to drink Mocha. I am a bit shy, I am a bit sarcastic, and that's how my friends know me: It's a happy craziness and they connect with that person and respect me for it. I'm also vegan because my body is not a cemetary for animal carcass! Anything else ya wanna know just holla me
