NO MEAT - Day One Veggie Time - (Low Calories because I'm still recovering from E-Coli/Food Poisoning) Pre Exercise - 1 Heaping Whey Protein Scoop in Water 45 Minute Treadmill Walk Post Excerise - 2 Medium Apples Meal 1 - 6 Boiled Egg Whites (no yolks) 1 Tea Bag Meal 2 - Health Choice Soup 'Country Vegetable' with 1 slice 100% wheat bread Meal 3 - 1 Tea Bag with 100 Grams Almonds & 1 slice 100% wheat bread Meal 4 - 7/8 Cup Oatmeal with 1 level Scoop Whey Protein Meal 5 - ????? Meal 6 - ????? Snack - ???? --------------------------------------- Day Two - Say No to Meat Yesterday, I took in too many carbs. I'm need to work at lowering my carb intake Even though I did not get a great deal of sleep, energy levels were increasing. Still recovering from food poisoning & E-Coli. Day Three - Feeling a little constipated throughout the morning, but I'm getting my nutrients back up to competent level. I was able to speak with my personal trainer and dropped my macros a bit. I'm going to switch from cable crunches to a different weighted ab exercise (decline ab routine). Currently, I have to continue my intake of a high water to flush out my system. I'm feeling a lot better though and I believe that I'm ready for a max workout. -

Began research and already started switching products to include more veggies and alternate sources for protein. I'll plan to order these proteins soon: Gemma Pea Protein Rice Protein I'll follow the Lacto-ovo Vegetarian Plan for now (Being a vegan or raw vegan is too hard for me, so my goal is just to Lacto-ovo for now) -
Hi all, I have been lifting weights off and on for about 18 years. I got serious about a year and a half ago. I have been on a vegan plan in the past for about 9 months, but I currently eat meat. Now, I'm drafting plans on becoming a Pesce-Vegetarian or Pollo-vegetarian.
