  1. I found it very difficult to manage to eat 6x per day food which is consisted of certain amount of proteins and calories needed for my body. I had pretty hard time finding groceries which will satisfy my needs. I'm 165cm tall, and weight 57,5kg. So that would be around 21g of proteins x 6 per day. Everytime when I find some great recipe and food, it has too much of carbohidrates or too much fat. When I have finally found great ratio than I don't know what else should I include in my meals because I cannot it same things all the time. Is there any page which has maybe some plans or recipes for vegans? I have saw that here is forum about nutrition but seems like everyone is eating something different and many groceries aren't available here in my place. My plan is to loose fat and gain muscles. I work 3x per week weight lifting, and other days cardio. Also I still have problem a little bit with amounts of meal. Sometimes I cannot eat so much and that drives me crazy.

But at least there are worse places and that's my comfort. Robert, I have friends there in Portland, who emigrated before many years from Croatia. Maybe you know them? Does this names ring a bell: Ivana and Robert Jungic?
  3. Hi there! I'm from Croatia, and I'm 25. I'm starting with workouts and was searching on the net about it. That's how I found this site. I'm also vegan. I have been vegetarian for whole life, and before few years started with macrobiotics. The great problem for me is that here in my place there is no powder which is not whey. I think that I will be ordering from the net something which is not from animal. I have found some soy powders but there is a lot of contradictions about it on other forums, and I hope it's not true. Like you will gain muscles slower or that soy is GMO... So for the first hand I have bought whey protein due to lack of products in store here, but will switch immidiately on something else soon as possible. I don't like animal products and don't like idea about animal explioatation. If anyone has any advice which powder should I consider to order please write down... In my free time I hang around my horses. I'm studying at Art Academy. P.S. I have some problems with uploading my avatar. I have tried to copy URL from different browsers and it doesn't work.
