  1. hi madame schmetterling! may i ask, what is your daily intake? do you know your kcals? i'm wondering if julia and bluerose's hint was not that wrong... it was one of the first things that came into my mind either.
  2. did i understand that right: cardio is not too good, if you want to gain muscle? but if you do it, intervals are the better choice?
  3. hi! i started with kundalini yoga, and can recommend the raviana yoga dvds.
