HI, My name is Karen and I love that I have discovered this forum and website! I have been vegan for as long as I can remember, if I think back, it must of been around age 14, and vegetarian from age 11. I'm not exactly the fit kind at the moment . Im about to turn 28 and sad to say that my body fat percentage is quite high, ie in short I am overweight! This is due to severe and unhealthy dieting and exercising some years back, my metabolism is in slow mode and I pretty much dont exercise or look after what I put in mouth like I'd like to think I do. Im a short girl and am about 25 - 30 kg over my ideal weight! Ive joined this forum to get gain some valuable information , motivation, focus and perhaps some much needed support! I would love to be in control of my health and be the prim example of health show I could show my family and friends what being vegan plus fit can be all about! Peace.
