  1. did triceps (skull crushers, kickbacks) and biceps (barbell curls, hammer curls and concentration curls). Also did some pull ups.
  2. Not a vegan yet, but i do eat clean and organic fruits and veggies/greens 85% of the time, including superfoods in my diet as well. I have been following your beginner workout for about 3 weeks. Today I did bicep and triceps workouts and followed that with a smoothy that included maca and cocao powder
