My name is Steven, and I finally decided to join up here after lurking a bit. A little bit about me: Ive been (high raw) vegan for a little over a year, and for the past month have been 100% raw. I was vegetarian for around half a year before going vegan. I am 6ft 2, 155lbs, and 16 years old. I'm interested in gaining muscle, as currently Im way too skinny(have been for a while, but the raw detox isnt helping)! Lately Ive been getting into jogging as well as yoga at least 4-5 times a week, but I'm looking for other exercise alternatives that would help put some muscle on me faster. Getting a gym membership isn't possible at the moment though. Glad to of joined up here, and will hopefully post often.
