  1. I didn't see an updated thread. Hope everyone is still lifting heavy. I don't post here a lot anymore but wanted to check in and see everyone's progress. Bodyweight: 242-245 lbs Deadlift: 570 lbs Squat: 450+ lbs Bench: 300 lbs
  2. Pulled 500 from 2 plates again last week as well as some 500-550 lb rack pulls for reps. Strength is increasing nicely. We just had our first child yesterday so I have taken the last two days off from the gym. Plan is to compete next September as strong as possible.
  3. Lots of squats tonight. 360 raw squat felt easy. 1025 lb leg press x 5 reps was the high set for tonight. Raw Squat: 140x10 230x5 280x2 320x2 360x1 280x5 230x10 Leg Press: 370x10 550x10 730x8 820x8 910x8 1025x5 Going to feel this one in the morning.
  4. Hit a PR of 520 lbs from the floor a while back, bench is around 250 (weak), squats are back up to 360-380 lbs or so. Back on the hunt.
  5. It's been a while guys! Still working out, mostly maintaining the last year but am now training for a meet (my first). Current lifts: Deadlift: 520 lbs Squat: 360 lbs (weak I know) Bench: 245 lbs or so BW: 230 lbs Have had issues with my left knee so my squat has gotten weaker. Feels good to be back though.

  7. I used to live in Fort Walton but now im just a little bit away in Pensacola.
  8. 215 right now and will probably let myself get to 225 by october. Id say 200 after cutting?
  9. My friend and I have been hitting it hard the last month and have been seeing some gains. Those of you who have been here for a while know my back story. I have set some new goals to accomplish by the end of the year and could use some accountability. Current Goals to meet by end of 2013: Raw Deadlift: 550 lbs (current 500 lbs) Incline Bench Press: 300 lbs (current 230 lbs) Squats: 400 lbs (350 lbs) 10% body fat Current phase is strength building until October 31st, 2013 and then to shred for the last two months of the year. Going to try to do it as correctly as possible so as not to lose too much strength in the cutting phase. I am unable to do flat bench due to past shoulder injuries so I am stuck only doing incline for now.
