  1. Not too sure if this has been touched on but I'm curious. I know that good fats play an important role in a healthy diet. I'm wondering what the role is/how much in a vegan bodybuilders diet. I'm talking about avocadoes, nuts, olive oil, flax, coconut oil etc...
  2. I'm very fortunate to live in NYC where there are quite a few vegetarian, vegan and ital ( rasta veggie, no chemicals) restaurants. I just finished nutrition school as a holistic health counselor and its important to spread the word of healthy eating to all communities especially black communities where bad grocery stores and fast food restaurants are abundant. We need more icons in the public eye to let people know that this way of eating is better, though unfortunately can be more expensive in some respects.
