Hi, I'm tobben from Norway, been vegan for 11 years now and been more or less working out for years, but got into the idea of geting biger and leaner about a year ago. I read Roberts book about a year ago and started gaining waight slowely over the last year. So i'm quite new to the "veganbodybuilding" idea, but i'm working on it Hope i can learn alot more by joining here.
