Greetings everyone. I've been trolling the forums for a while and wanted to introduce myself. I'm a 29 year old male who decided to go vegan in November of 2011. In early/mid 2012, I decided to get in to shape. Through diet, running and weight training I've dropped from 238 pounds to 200 and am looking to get down to ~165 (I'm 6 feet tall). As far as my training goes, I lift 4 days a week, do HIIT cardio 2 days a week and run 3 days a week. I manage my calories pretty closely and am currently doing a low carb diet (which is considerably more difficult as a vegan). I'd be happy to go over anything else but essentially just wanted to say hi.. so hi!
