  1. Wow, awesome results! If you don't mind me asking, how long do you workout? What workouts do you do? I'm eating quite a lot of raw foods(80-95%), and vegan of course. I was a surfer for 10 years and now I moved away from the ocean, and I'm needing a good upper body workout. I'm also struggling with my abs. Hopefully they start showing more since I lost about 15lbs. Thanks girly, you are doing very well!

  3. He's my arms after surfing for 10 years lol. They really don't need much, but some toning.
  4. Thank you! I'm really suprised by how amazing I look and how awesome I feel!! I have started working out yesterday morning. Today I'm workign out, too.
