I can only eat 3 times a day. I work out 1 hour every other day. So far I've been working out for 3 months.
  2. Is that sock down your pants? LOL I'm 25 so when will my muscles develop?

  4. I work out and do cardio. Every other day. My workouts last 1 hour each. I look at other guys and you can see defined muscles. Can anyone tell me what I should do? The first photo (month 1) I was 120 lbs and the last photo I was 160lbs (month 3).
  5. Hey everyone, I'm an ectomorph, so I'm not expecting huge bulging muscles. But I want a nice physique and I want to gain more weight. I use to weigh 120lbs. and I'm 5'11. Ouch I know. But I became a vegan about 3 months ago and I gained 15lbs. So these pictures are me at 135 lbs. This is my bulking plan: 6 meals per day ( I know I should do 10 but I need to sleep too) My exercise days: 3 days off and 4 days on I will only do 12 min cardio as a warm up. I read alof of pros and cons about doing cardio while bulking but I just love to get my blood pumping, any thoughts? Seeing Chewy's pics inspired me because he was an Ectomorph, and he was able to change his body. My goal is to be 180lbs. See everyone in Jan. I will post results.
