  1. Vegan for compassion, ethics, and health. Strength training for functionality and enjoyment of life. Yoga and Kettlebells are the training fields I'm focused on, currently teaching small groups in both and looking to expand this to full-time work, and as soon as possible. Glad I found this community, looking forward to connect, learn, and share. I've got short term fitness goals that I need to get to asap, and it's always fun to share progress and results. Also, my long term intentions are to move from this decently healthy, moderately knowledgeable position I'm in - to expert levels in both performance and instructing. I also like doing random fitness challenges. Example of my two most recent: 10,000 KB swing challenge (30 days, average 450 swings/day with 4th day rest) .. Another: 10 hours of forearm plank (30 days, 20min/day broken into 5min sets). Avatar is my son and 16kg bell. Good talk!
