  1. Hey, I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I switched to a vegan lifestyle last january after reading the china study. Anyway, I've been doing a lot of lifting lately, and have been trying to gain wait by increasing my calorie intake. As a result, I'm always feeling bloated. At first I thought this was because my body wasn't use to the large amounts of fiber, but it hasn't quit and I'm almost a year into this. Does anyone have any ideas into this? I'm only 25 and have never had any health issues or allergies. I'm 6'4 and 185lbs. An example of my diet looks like this... this was what I ate today: Breakfast - 1/3 cup of Oatmeal, 1 banana, 1 bowl of heirlooms wholegrains cereal with almond milk. Lunch - 2 baked sweet potatoes, 2 vegetable spicolli burgers on ezekiel bread w/ hummus Snack - 1 Apple, 1 larabar Dinner - 2 glasses of fresh carrot juice, 1 large bowl of african peanut rice soup with added tofu 64 oz water throughout the day
