  2. Due to mysterious health problems and chronic overweight with inability to lose weight -- Finally switched to Vegetarian and now Vegan. I read Robert's book and am now adding in Vegan Bodybuilding and running. Wanted somewhere to meet others of like mind and learn how to get healthy and fit once and for all. Currently at 245 lbs and 30.1% bodyfat. Would like to get to 10% bodyfat and around 180 or 190 lbs. I actually lost a really great pilot job due to health issues and don't want to lose any more cool things from my life.
