You have admirable discipline and tenacity. Even though the challenge is officially over, keep going with your progress. I have no doubt you will.   2. CrossFit ROCKS! Keep it up! .... I know that feeling of gasping for breath after burpees. But then I feel like a million bucks when it's all done
