  1. Answering questions, delving truthfully deep into who I am as a person, what I want, what I need...it's such an amazing journey of self-discovery and growth. I can strengthen myself mentally, spiritually, and physically from participating and learning from myself and others. I love the "Me" I am now...but I cannot wait for the "New Me" I will create this new year of 2012. It's also exciting being the first person to post - hope I'm actually the first by the time I hit submit (haha). Thanks Robert and VBB.com! Love me my Vega!
  2. I've ALWAYS been the skinny, scrawny, lanky guy. I'm learning more and more about training as I go in all areas, but my favorite muscle groups are probably my biceps and triceps. I'm finally ready to build up the muscle to phase me out of the "skinny, scrawny, lanky" title. I've already seen great growth in my arms and am excited for more! www.ahimsalifecoaching.com
  3. The toughest workout was my first of the year last week, after almost two weeks with only ONE solid workout. Feeling guilty about the time gone by, I jumped back right into my usual normal routine (both cardio & weight training), pushing myself to where I left off, rather than allowing myself to work back into it. Needless to say, I left feeling like I went too far and didn't achieve as much. 1) Gotta keep accountability and consistency to make sure I'm keeping myself to the standards I'm setting. 2) Also have to give myself a break, especially in these types of situations, allow myself to work back up to my (temp.) limits instead of feeling I'm lesser from the time off. Building back up again already!
  4. Tempeh Scramble with onions, mushrooms, broccoli, sweet potatoes, tons of nooch and some nice n' spicy hot sauce. Alongside was a massive green smoothie: spinach, kale, apple, lemon, ginger, and flax.
