hi i am asking about something i can do to be more tall. i am 1.70 cm (5 ; 8 feets aprox) my weight now is 69. i hear about i can grow up ,up to 25 years old. is that true? now i am 18.3 years old. any advice to me, or exercise? i am drinking only multivitamin pills , (one per day). i wanna get 1.80 or little more. my fathers arent tall. HELP!

I spend low cash because here the veggies are too cheap, so i spend no more than 10 USS a week, also i eat a lot of spaghetti -

I think the same, always i check the label, but i dont know if they say the always the true,this can be a little confuse,whatever a good thing to do is check with a doctor of nutration,or only check that one with partners and my trainer

i sleep about 7 hour a week, because i start at 6:30 AM , i work with my father, he has a accounting studio in house , i work to 12:00 AM, later i take a bath so go to take the bus to the university, i have class to 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM, i get in house at 6:00 AM, i take some relax,or work, later i get in gym undo 7:00PM and i go home at 9:30 PM. in weekend i sleep more :S to 11:30 PM to 8:AM, sometimes i take large naps, only read this, is usual, last saturday i pick up a book to read teory of accounting when 2:00 PM i read only 30 minues at 3:00 PM i get snap with the books in hands and i wake up at 5:30 PM

Hi to all, i am Mariano Maspoli from Argentina, i dont have to many thing to talk , i have 18 years old and less 2 months. i train in a near gym about 1 year and three months whatever," i have an accident",when preparatory i jump about 2 times on in a second floor to the bare concrete floor, i have my toe with a three broken fingers , tehhe i am only have about near 14 months of train, tehee. now i am training when after go to the university to the gym only 4 to 5 days a week, but i dont try to lack in, i am begining in a long trip. now i am about 135 pounds, i dont know how to begin, i dont pick any diet yet, i am recently an university student of accounting, for now i train 4 days a week about 3 to 2 hours there, i do it because i like, this is not boring to me like other people think, and i do it for in the future can do something if i need, or i have problems with the study . i dont know but i dont know how i have to do, all tips you want to me to know is welcome but i dont understand all your terminologies because i am not great with english , i am thinking in a near future do something in weekend (saturday and sunday), i have a some time there, i dont know to do, i will box, but i dont know. help!!!
