  1. ok so i have been doing this a the gym 4x weekly,havent really changed diet to much but im hopeing this will help with weight lose and toning legs. 30 mins cardio,running or cycling. 20mins light weights for arms and legs with 15x reps. i want to do something for stomach as well but not sure what?
  2. i want to lose weight what is the best thing to do to lose weight? running? boxing ect
  3. i have had acne on and of for 8 yrs and i went on roaccutane which is the drug you are referring to in terms of birth defects, it CAN only cause problems if you get pregnant on whilst on the drug,yes it is off putting and a powerfull drug but i dont regreat it all it works very very well and for me the less of two evils. everyone is different so talk to a dermatologist as they are the only people who can give you the drug as your liver function has to be monitored as it is very high Vit A. alot of people have had children after taking this drug i wouldnt worry about that however it is a personal descision as to weather you want to take it.

  5. im 25 next month im 5 ft 7 inchs i usually walk ALOT and do some light weights, thats all really im just getting into fitness really.
  6. hey, i want to have a good running program with some very basic toning ideas to. basicaly i want to lose weight and tone my tum,and legs. i want a easy to follow plan, a few excercises and running. i tried my local gym and he told me like 20 different things to do which put my off instantly!!!! any one have any ideas? i was thinking of 30 mins running 4x a wk plus some squats and light weight excercises.

    i was vey brief wasnt i ??? well i live in london,a cockney girl!!!! i work in the nhs as a medical administrator, im a scorpio and im almost 25!!!! (wow this sounds more like a personals ad) i have put a few posts around about my acne issue!!!! well its getting better actually, i use to run long distance and was once pretty bloody good at it!!!!! i won races ect, however i want to get back into it i have no real desire to run marathons or that, well not yet!!!! but i would like to train as if i was, ie run lots!!! i dont no were to start i have started a run 1 min walk 1 min routine for up to 30 mins, and i will build this up to 2,3 5 mins ect untill i can run for 30 mins then continue to run further and further any tips?

  10. all my family have great skin granparents and parents never had acne, im 25 next mth.
  11. wow, loads of feedback thanks alot i cant say that i notice great difference with messing around with my diet ect. i have had various tablets im on roaccutane at mo which is pretty hardcore drugs!!!! i use dermalogica skin cleanser, this is my 3rd time round with this drug it works but then the acne does come back again. im pretty sure its acne as i see a dermatologist, however im wondering if i should see a alternative route. i really want to work out and be able to get a real sweat going but im so scared it will make skin worse, whicj h is really frustrating.

  13. hey people im new here, just getting in to fitness ect, can i ask does nayone have a acne problem? i do and im worried sweating will effect it can anyone say if it has for them? good or bad.
