  1. I don't think it looks too bad, How tall are you and how much do you weigh? Do you know body fat% and are you trying to build mass or lose fat?
  2. Hey Sarah, I know how it is, I used to not only be a terrible eater (McDonalds and steaks) I was a shitty person. Becoming a real Vegan changed not just my health but everything about my life. I am glad your doing it for the right reasons now and the fact that you have identified that is a huge step. All I can say is don't get caught up regretting the past or being anxious about the future. One of the best thing about being vegan is you no longer have the guilt of animals suffering and the destruction of the earth weighing down on your body and mind. Have a ton of fun, everyday.   4. Hello everyone, My name is Thomas. I am a 21yr old Vegan. Born and educated in Canada. I have been an athlete my whole life but first walked into a gym last January. I didn't seriously start lifting weights until last summer. I have made good gains since then, but far from where I would like to be eventually. Hoping to find support and some advice on the forum and maybe offer some as well. All the best. -Thomas
