  1. Veg: Beetroot, cabbage, onions, sweet potatoes, asparagus, tomatoes, peas, green beans, spinach, cauliflower. Fruit: Grapes, bananas, pineapples, oranges, apples, strawberries, peaches, pears. Nuts: Mixed nuts with raisins and sultanas. Oats: Ultra-fine rolled oats.
  2. It seems that vega sport optimizer starts working faster than many other pre-workout supplements. Approx 15 minutes after consuming it i am raring to go.
  3. Yeah, i have got a Boardman Comp (hardtail) which is an improvement on my last mountain bike. The tyres kept going down all the time. I would rather have the full suspension model though.
  4. Maybe the stress of your business is a factor? I don't think there is anything wrong with an hours kip after training but it is usually a top-up and nothing more.
  5. In the past, i have have had similar issues. I believe it was due to being stuck in a rut and eating the same type and quantities of food and supplements. If i am honest, i was probably not mixing my training up enough either.
