  1. Sorry my name is Greg and I am from Arizona. Usually I'll get up and walk around on my breaks. I've looked into a standing desk and plan on getting one at some point but for now I am sitting.
  2. My diet is good, I eat a mixture of fruits, veggies, brown rice, seitan and some tofu. Any liquids are either water, tea, juice and almond milk with the occasional coffee. I usually have a shake before and after working out made with rice protein.
  3. I just recently ordered a pound of Rice protein from truenutrition.com along with their D-Aspartic Acid Powder and Glutamine Peptides. I was wondering what other if any supplements I would need to get. I am training to be a wrestler so I have been doing a mixture of free weights and body weight exercises. Now I am just trying to make sure I have the right supplements as well. Thank you for any and all advice!
  4. So I just recently about a month ago became vegan. Basically I went vegan for health reasons, my goals are to get healthy and build a better body/life for myself. I am a graphic artist so I sit most of the day so getting out and exercising is a big thing for me now. That's pretty much me, nice to meet you all!
