  1. I want to share my disappointment with you guys. My Weight is 83kg with a 20% of body fat. After 2 yearks of bulking i want to cut a little. The thing is that i calculated everything and i want to do a 2000KCAL diet divided in 200 grs of carbs, 200 grs of Protein and 44 grs of Fat. How? It's impossible !! The few foods that contain lots of protein to reach 200 grams per day are full of fat and carbs!
  2. My problem is that i want to build muscle, but i have lot of localized fat. I want to gain some muscle and loose some fat. My priority is that 80% build - 20% loose My diet is something like this: 07:30 a.m. 4 grain toast with strawberry jam 1 coffee 10:00 a.m. 1 banana 12:30 p.m. 1 Salad of Lentils, peas, brown rice, spinach and mushrooms 15:00 p.m 1 banana 17:30 pm Preworkout: 4 grain toast with strawberry jam and 1 protein shake 19:30pm 1 protein shake + 1 banana 21:00 pm Quinoa - Brown Rice - Avocado - broccoli and Spinach
  3. Hey, i'm triying for the first time in my whole life to put in order my diet. I'm triying to build muscle but "Clean". My workout plan is one of strength (4-6-8 series with high amount of weight).   5. 1 year of traingin in a gym.- 8 months trying to gain mass, 3 months cutting and now i'm trying to gain mass again. Some people said there is no progress
