  1. Hey guys! I want to thank you for your comments That really helped me and i want to tell you that from 75 kilos now i am 82 kilos in 11 weeks. Also from 6 weeks i'll stop gym and i want to try calystenichs so do you know some good weekly schedule and/or monthly? I know that i am going to lose most of the weight that i have gained but i like to change and reach new objectives
  2. Hi everyone i am a student of University of Camerino that is studying nutrional biology and today i went to an event where Barry Sears was speaking about the Zone Diet. He said things that maybe are true but he didn't speak about fibers and he didn't suggest to eat pasta or bread without differentiating whole bread and pasta from no healthy grains creating more confusion than giving answer and he suggests to use a lot of purified Oil fish like source of long chained omega 3 and he didn't speak at all about cholesterol and he suggest to buy integrators for polyphenols and to eat 30% of low fat protein every day! Now, i'm not a certified nutritionist but at the end of the speech i asked him,in private, what he thinks about the china study and he responded me:There are 2 china studies.The real china study(of China) and the other china study(of Colin Campbell). So at that point i asked him: What is the difference? he answered:Nothing about The China study is scientifically proven.Colin Campbell isn't a scientist that use the science how the foundamental of a nutritional book.(like me) What you think or you know about Dr.Sears? and what is wrong with the zone diet? Hi everyone i'm 21,ectomorph and obviously vegan.I started gym 5 weeks ago and i go there 3 times each week. i eat a lot. 8 meals at day i take b12 and i think to eat enough protein... i take 400 ml of soymilk 100 g of cereal one banana (morning); for the rest of the meals i alternate 150 gr of black beans ,lentils,borlotti beans,yellow soy,200 or more of whole pasta wit flaxseeds or pumpkin seeds, also i eat 2 or 3 times whole bread with peanut butter.I drink a lot of water. i want to increase mass but i have just get 3 kg in 4 weeks. and now i'm worried that i need something more. i don't use integrators. after workout i eat whole bread with vegan wurstel( 19 gr protein each 100 gr)....Some help?Thanx

Hi everyone.First of all sorry for the english.Second,i am 187 cm for 76 kg and i want to reach the 80 kg of muscles.My training schedule is:monday upper back and chest,wednesday legs and shoulders,friday lowerback and trapezius,sunday i restart the cycle with the monday program.I workout at home ( i don't have a gym).I need help with the diet and also with the training if isn't good or other tips.i eat like 3k or more of calories and most of this calories are carbs (>60%)protein(20-30%) the rest is fat. i started at september with 74 kg and now i am at 76.i have seen a lot of progress doing the workout but not for the weight.I can take integrator if helps but i'd prefer to just eat like a normal vegan Ah the most important thing...I' am an ectomorph.
