  1. Occasional update on my lifts and bodyweight: Squat is 418 now, Bench 303, Deadlift 508 and Bodyweight about 217. Gender is still male
  2. Okay, here's another pic from the preparation phase I'd like to share. http://img703.imageshack.us/img703/3794/cimg0220.jpg Sadly my Back lost that kind of quality somewhere along the way, since I wasn't able to go as heavy on t-bar rows later on
  3. Yeah, I'm a bit sad I lost so much size But some of that was definitely due to the stress of moving. :/ Without that I might (or probably would) have made the heavyweight class and I think my placig would have been better there. Well, better luck next time PS: Do you have more pics like that from VFW?
  4. Thanx Attila! Hope we meet again soon - and then you'll bulk me up to 100 k again with your tasty food, hehe
  5. Exactly, four months. I only had carbs on weekends, in the last two months or so only one day per week. Worked insanely well for me. I only made the mistake of going a bit to low on the fats at times which cost me prescious muscle mass. Interesting to read that you have similar experiences, veganessentials!
  6. Hm... maybe some advice for the guys who think they lose too much size when dieting for a contest: Do not go low fat! I'd always recommend dropping the carbs instead of the fats! Also do not avoid saturated fatty acids since that's only gonna make your test-levels drop. You should definitely use some cocnut oil (since this will also act as a fatburner and keep you healthy as well - google it!) and maybe some (organic) palm oil for frying the tofu. I used the anabolic diet and tried to incorporate as many saturated and monounsaturated fatty acids as possible which really helped me with maintaining size. I ate more fat than protein (about 180-200g of protein and up to 230g of fat daily!) and hardly any carbs (at tmes only 10g). Worked really well for me!
  7. Thanx, that's really nice of you to say, but the guys in 1st and 2nd place definitely deserved their placing.
  8. Come on, I've seen pictures of you in comp shape... you looked crazily ripped and still big! I think you might have even looked a bit better than me Well, thanx for support and appreciation everyone!
  9. Hey Guys, on october 16th I did my first BB show. I was aiming for the heavyweight class (85k and above) but dropped into middleweight. The middleweight class was insanely tough so I only came in 6th of 8. I think I could or even should have placed higher. But I'm still happy and proud about the shape I achieved and about doing the comp. Here goes the pictures: http://img820.imageshack.us/img820/303/sdc12010w.jpg http://img841.imageshack.us/img841/871/sdc12011.jpg http://img190.imageshack.us/img190/4007/imga0045.jpg http://img219.imageshack.us/img219/194/imga0058.jpg http://img4.imageshack.us/img4/7497/imga0035t.jpg http://img513.imageshack.us/img513/2778/imga0048h.jpg And here are some videos:
  10. Thanx! I'm allready tanning a lot, so I hope it will work well
