  1. I'd say do it if you enjoy it, but be very very careful, listen to your body and be sure not to over train. I tried it once and never went back. I wasn't to fit at the time and didn't wanna go too hard too soon and become injured and/or discouraged.

  3. Hello I'm Sylvia and I follow a low fat raw vegan lifestyle, I'm also interested in vegan bodybuilding. Most raw vegans are small because most are endurance athletes, but raw vegans can build muscle also. I'm happy to have found and become a part of this forum and I'm ready to learn all I can about vegan bodybuilding. Let's build muscle with a plant based diet!
