  1. Hello. Kind of new to working out. This may not be the right thread for this but here goes. My goal is to loose weight and build muscle. I need to drop about 20 lbs of fat. I am vegan, eating 5 or 6 small meals a day. I have been finding conflicting info on line. Here are my questions. Do I need to be supplementing with anything? Should I be drinking protein shakes? If my BMR is 2100, how much should my daily intake be to loose weight? How much should it be to gain muscle? Can I do both at once? should I focus on wight loss and then muscle? thanks for any help with this.
