Hi to all. A quick bit of myself. My wife having some health issues, thought dietary changes may help so got a copy of The Kind Diet. After reading it, we both got on-board. Just watched Forks Over Knives last night and here I am. I'm 51, in decent shape and have dabbled with weight training in the past. However, with going Vegan and seeing examples as Robert Cheeke and Matt Danzig, (among others), I want to get serious not only about the nutrition, but with the workout side as well. Look forward to all the valuable input here.
