I will be starting Jamie Eason's LiveFit Trainer program on Monday, but her meal plan isn't vegan! I don't know what to buy this weekend to prepare for the trip. I should also mention I'm kind of new at this vegan thing, and I really want to make it work (for many reasons). It's been hard getting on track because my husband isn't interested in making the move to being vegan-- but he is really supportive and will eat whatever I put in front of him, and now actually requests some vegan meals PLEASE HELP! I don't want to go back to eating the S.A.D.!! I saw that Torres had a 3-part outline to eating vegan, but I can't find part 2 on the website...
