  1. Okay, cool. Will do! I guess i shouldve included all social media instead of just instagram.
  2. Theres not an off topic section so idk where to post this.. But i was just wondering how many of you have an instagram, thought this would be a nice place to share our instagrams and follow each other. I search the vegan tag but i havent found any vegan bodybuilders yet. I guess i'll start mine is @meeshall_ (shocker)
  3. Ummm probably beignets (even though i rarely eat them) or pasta. I love pasta. Or pizza. I love pizza.
  4. Well to say the least you sound amazing. And you'll definitely be a great addition to the forum! Welcome! Your child is gorgeous btw.
  5. Living in south carolina, that problem has never been presented to me.
  6. Before (1 year ago when i was just running about 9 miles a week) at about 127lbs. http://24.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_ltxz5aL9xG1r25v8ko1_500.jpg http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_lx70ug3a5e1r25v8ko1_500.jpg my legs were/are so tiny Current - upped my calorie intake and been hitting the gym consistently for about a month and a half. http://oi43.tinypic.com/2s6wo3r.jpg http://25.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m5a1t9qj8b1qf97rqo1_500.jpg I currently weigh about 132lbs at 5' 7 1/2". But i just tell people 130 cause its easier. Hoping to be 135 with less than 10% BF
  7. My chemistry teacher used to go on rants about the price of gatorade/powerade and similar sports drinks. He mixes up kool-aid, some water and, salt. Really that's all you need to replenish your electrolytes because all an electrolyte is, is a salt ion.
  8. Thats awesome. I'm sure it'll be a long time before that happens in SC.
  9. This is one of my main concerns when it comes to lifting because i loveee dressing nicely and wearing button ups and chinos. It seems like it would be bittersweet because on one hand youre progressing and getting bigger but you're also about to need a whole new wardrobe.
  10. Hope to be at a good position on the womens table this time next year. There are some inspiring numbers on this thread, great motivation.
  11. Insane progress! Your shoulders look awesome. I think i understand your insecurities when it comes to your skin and revealing clothes, i have a huge (almost 2 feet long) birthmark on my back/left thigh and dreadful body acne so yeah summer is hell. But if you can't be comfortable in your own skin when are you ever going to be comfortable? My confidence is a work in progress. Thanks for posting your results, I love looking at before and after/current photos, its great motivation.
  12. I was wondering about this also so thanks for posting, I play soccer and running during conditioning in the fall/winter months sucks. By the time i finish it feels like i have blood creeping up my throat. I'll be sure to get a mask or something next season.
  13. Sick progress! I've noticed that a lot of people tend to look younger in their after/current photos its weird but amazing and shows what eating right and working out can do for you. Keep it up!
