Hello everyone! I am Sue in Ontario, Canada. I have been vegan for 10 months now. I am not a bodybuilder but I am working hard on my physical fitness goals and fat loss. I have been doing an outdoor military-based boot camp for 2 and a half years and love it ( and the results!). As I am a relatively new vegan, I am looking for information, support and encouragement. There are few vegans (at least that I know of) in my area so this online community is a lifeline very glad to have found it!
