  1. Hey everybody I want to be vegan and lift weights but I don't want to load up on soy and I don't want to down a bunch of protein supplements both of which don't seem natural to me. I would like to tackle the vegan diet without these but i feel like my protein intake will be super low.. Any suggestions? Is it possible to build muscle with 70gs per day if I'm weighing 160 lbs?
  2. Is it possible to get strong and put on lean muscle while lifting weights and doing aerobic training? I like to run but am looking to build up some strength and some muscle should I stop running? I feel as though running is natural and good for the body . can the two not work together?
