  1. Training this week so far: tuesday yoga for 2h wednesday yoga for 2 h also I challenged my yoga teacher in armwrestling and she won 2-0.

  3. OK, so here we go, I've been hesitating a lot to post my photos in public but I decided to try. My goal is to gain some muscle mass not being so skinny anymore. About me: male, 52 years, vegan for 2 years, 5'11 145 lbs. Doing yoga and running 5 k a few times a week.   4. Ok, I'm all new to weightlifting and bodybuilding, but my ambition is to gain muscle mass so I'm not skinny any longer. Today I'm 180 cm 66 kg (5'11 145lbs) Gym today: squat 30 kg (66lbs) 3x10 benchpress 20 kg (45lbs) 1x10, 30 kg 2x10 deadlift 30 kg 3x10 lat pull down 30 kg 3x10 bicep barbell curl 15 kg (33lbs) 1x10 I welcome all comments and advices
  5. Thanks gex for your feedback. Since I'm new to everything related to bodybuilding I wasn't aware that there is a mismatch between gaining muscles and running. Actually I don't think running 3-5 km a few times a week is very much. Real runners do a lot more. But thanks for the advice, I will consider running less. Regarding bodybuilding or powerlifting, my goal is just to gain muscle mass not to compete nor getting very strong. That might change over time, but right now just to get more muscle mass.

Gratefull for any advice. If i dare I might add some before photos.
