Question I'm not understanding what this means here in his interview http://www.veganbodybuilding.com/?page=bio_klingl if you scroll down it says this Macro-nutrients: 75-80/10-15/10. -- what does he mean 75 carb and 80 protein and 10 fats?? and what is 15/10 Please hopefully you can tell me thank you !!   2. Question -- If your someone who works out let's say 2 hours daily some cardio and weight training at 5'6 150 lb 10% fat Mesomorph What amount of calories would you be eating to lean down some body fat -- How much carbs and proteins and fats on a daily basis ?

Hi 5'6 150lb 10% body fat and Mesomorph body type I'm new to Vegan eating since last august and i do eat tons of fruits and veggies all day to add up those carbs i do need along with lentils and beans and quinoa and sweet potatoes -- but i eat 4 to 8 bananas a day and 15 to 20 dates daily to help add the carbs since my training is about 2 hours daily with cardio and weight training I probably have about 300 carbs a day and 120g protein and maybe 60g fats daily I'm wondering why can't i seem to get lower then 10% body fat i seem to have hit a plateau here I'm looking to get down before summer 8% maybe 7% as a vegan it should be possible most foods i do eat are pretty healthy thanks

  5. anyone what amount of carbs and protein and fats should i have in a day to cut down body fat please let me know thank you for fats should i keep them low like 50g and protein maybe 150g and carbs maybe 250g??
  6. there is some my body is lean but my abs aren't popping out much i want more lean so how can i get to that? Like I'm really flexing hard on that picture but if i don't flex my abs don't show as much when just walking around i find there that stupid little layer of fat i want to get rid of should i eat less fruits in my day and just focus on greens and other veggies and quinoa and oatmeal and beans and chickpeas and tofu and tempeh and i love bananas and dates

Hi I'm 150lb now 5'6 about 9% body fat looking to lean down a bit more Help me with the diet i eat allot of greens thought out my day allot of kale and spinach and cucumber and broccoli and also allot of fruits like strawberry and blueberries and watermelon and pineapple also love oatmeal or quinoa flake oatmeal and eat chickpeas and lentils and beans daily with some almonds and peanut butter I'm 9% body fat but my abs are there you can see them but i find there is still that small layer over them how can i get rid of the last layer to make them pop out help me with my diet am i eating too many fruits or carbs or fat ??? I mean everything i eat is very healthy and all with 1 ingredient i don't eat any process foods at all water only for drinks thanks

I train 3 hours daily --- Morning do Cardio and Afternoon Crossfit and at Night weights I eat in a day i make a smoothie each morning with soft tofu and kale and broccoli and spinach and cucumber and chia seeds add some fruits then second meal usually have oatmeal with vegan protein shake mix with it with blueberries then after this lentils soup with all the green veggies with 1 slice of ezekiel bread then after usually some almonds and peanut butter and a protein shake with some oatmeal then a mix of 9 beans with some veggies and tempeh then last meal usually a salad with all the greens and olive oil and lemon

I been trying to eat so healthy as a Vegan but how in the world can i be ripped to 7% body fat at about 11% now and it's been few months tried all kinds of ways i mean i did lean down but can't fully see my abs maybe to much carbs maybe to much fats or protein please help thank you I eat allot of almonds and lentils and chickpeas and fruits and veggies nothing process ever water only never juice so just all the healthy foods what am i doing wrong ???
